Ritmo Brazilian Day 2017: A Vibrant, Interactive Cultural Lesson

This Sunday marks the 16th annual RITMO Brazilian day in Sydney, celebrating Brazil’s cultural influences in Australia and bringing a slice of that culture to everybody else.
Taking place at Tumbalong Park at Darling Harbour, this year’s festival will be offering family-friendly activities, every Brazilian music and dance genre you could possibly comprehend, and of course – food!
Nic was joined by Maucir Nascimento, president of BRACCA, and spoke in depth about the history of Brazil’s physical and cultural presence in Australia, and a taste of what’s in store for Sunday’s Brazilian Carnival.
