Social media sites were flooded with congratulatory messages when Kate Middleton gave birth to her and Prince William’s third child. Among them were also messages from women comparing their post-childbirth photos with Kate’s fresh-faced appearance on the steps of London’s St Mary’s Hospital – only 7 hours after giving birth.
