As US President Joe Biden toured Eastern Europe from Kyiv to Warsaw, Russian President Putin hit back with a speech that suspended the last Nuclear non-proliferation treaty START.  He signalled intentions to develop and make more nuclear weapons.

He also cut oil supplies to Poland.  All these things could be unrelated and just a curious coincidence.  Does Vladimir Putin believe in coincidences?
