The issue of the cost of living has been invigorated following the substantive increase the Reserve Bank made on interest rates yesterday.

This complicates the campaigning for Scott Morrison given many Liberal “safe” seats are under siege from Independants and activists.

Josh Frydenberg’s seat of Kooyong is one where he will be fighting for preferences in the seat once held by the likes of Sir Robert Menzies and Andrew Peacock.
