Sarah is a lawyer and an author. Her novels include This Picture of You and The Crimes of Billy Fish, which was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Writers Prize. Today Sarah join Andrew to discuss her latest novel The Subjects
The Subjects
The Subjects opens on a car transporting Daniel to an unknown destination. Daniel is a teenage drug dealer; exclusively prescription and dark web product, who has been diverted from jail at the last minute by a strange intervention.
Dr J runs a facility, Daniel will come to call it a school. There Daniel joins a group of unorthodox teenagers; alike but different to himself, to serve out there punishments in a remote outback setting.
