With the world stuck in a COVID-19 induced lock-down, a larger percentage of people are engaging in a life online. From online shopping to reorganizing your super, society is spending more time online than ever before, giving scammers the perfect opportunity to act on unsuspecting individuals. As a result, the ACCC have started up their new program- ‘Scamwatch’ to help protect online users. Roderick Chambers spoke with the Deputy Chair of the ACCC Delia Rickard.
