Seafood fraud and the importance of eco-labelling

85% of the world’s fisheries are being pushed beyond their biological limits – that figure comes from the World Wildlife Fund.

This has put fish like the common Atlantic Blufein Tuna on the endangered species list.

So when it comes to eating seafood, how can we make sure the food on our plate isn’t there as a result of overfishing?
