Seed Dating: Let love bloom while saving the environment

Forget speed dating, seed dating is the new dating service for the environmentally conscious. It involves planting trees with potential partners, and has already led to one baby and a marriage. Run by the National Landcare Programme in the ACT and Victoria, the ‘Landcare for Singles’ event takes place in a paddock and includes one thousand trees and an after party.
Rebecca Palmer-Brodie, the ACT Regional Landcare Facilitator, chatted about how singles can find love while rehabilitating local habitats. If this sounds like your idea of a good time, contact NSW Landcare to request a similar event.
