Should We Lower Australia’s Voting Age?

As the nation heads to the polls on the 21st of May, some Australians will be left out of the conversation.

Faced by the dual crises of economic precarity and climate change, young people will be living with the impact of many political decisions made today.

So why don’t those under 18 get to vote? And what might change if they were?
