Music has always had a special place in the hearts of Australians whether it be holding a special place for local pub heroes such as Cold Chisel and Midnight Oil or attempting to change with the times, so to speak, however, what do these changing times entail? Being involved in such an uncertain industry, presents a plethora of opportunities that may not be as obvious as previously thought. We were joined by Dr Andrew Robson from Macquarie University to discuss how the Australian music scene is actively changing and what current opportunities are available to hopeful Aussie musos.
