Showcasing women in STEM
Historically, women have been underrepresented in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, but these gender gaps are slowly shifting.
Martina Doblin is a marine scientist at the University of Technology Sydney who recently returned from a trip on the RV Investigator, researching some of the smallest marine organisms in the middle of the ocean.
Martina is also actively involved in advocating for women in STEM and says paradigms are slowly changing, and is committed in her work to educating the next generation of female STEM graduates.
