The Sinister Return of Black Lung
Over the past few years there’s been a rapid resurgence of Black lung within miners both home in and away. Following this a key report has outed the current coal miners health scheme in Queensland to be lacking, potentially putting an entire industry of workers at risk. The Daily talked with Malcolm Sim, a Professor in Epidemiology & Preventative Medicine at Monash University about this deadly issue.
