Sky Muster II takes flight for regional NBN services

The National Broadband Network launched their new broadband satellite the Sky Muster II into orbit last Thursday. The roll out schedule is looking to connect 85,000 premises in regional Australia by mid next year and another 50,000 by June 2018. The Sky Muster II is joining another satellite launched into orbit last year, together they will provide download speeds of 25Mbps with a combined capacity of 135 Gbps. We were joined by Marcela Balart Spokesperson for the NBN to find out what this means for regional Australians.
