Why invest into an organisation while expecting little return?
That’s an regular misconception when it comes to impact investment – investments made into organisations to make a social or environmental impact – that little return will be made for the investor.
These investment decisions are made with a social focus, but aren’t exempt from providing a decent return says Deborah Cotton from the Finance Discipline Group at UTS, especially when investments encourage momentum in growth.
