Just five minutes of scrolling through Facebook or Instagram can lead you to feeling insecure or unhappy with the way your body looks.

Body image dissatisfaction refers to the insecurities you might have regarding your physical appearance, and for some these dissatisfactions can evolve into serious chronic eating disorders.

The advent of social media has exposed us to body shapes of all sizes, but how much is it pressuring us to conform to body standards and fashions?
