Can you imagine an open-road trip across the Australian outback from Darwin to Adelaide, the sun blazing as 19 of your mates join you for the ride… Now, imagine this journey is in a solar car that you built yourself, and you’re racing 40 teams from around the world!
The Bridgestone world solar challenge attracts teams from all around the globe, and this year Sydney’s very own Western Sydney University took home 6th place.
