Sony’s patent application that could turn a banana into a PlayStation controller

Have you ever looked in your fruit bowl at home and thought, I really wish I could use that banana to play Fifa or Call of Duty? Well Sony have just applied for a patent which could allow users to utilise household object as a controller which can be used for a PS5. On Tuesday Drive we were joined by Dr Ben Egliston from Queensland University of Technology to find out what the heck’s going on.
