Sophie Gee gets over reading block

As some of you know books aren’t just meant to be a coffee table accessory, they’re supposed to be read but the thing is not everyone can get over this hurdle. Sydney writers’ festival speaker Sophie Gee is a writer, researcher, an English professor at Princeton University, and currently a Vice chancellor’s fellow at the University of Sydney. Sophie caught up with Raf from Monday Drive to talk about how to get rid of the hurdles of reading books and how to get through this simple yet daunting hobby.

If you’re interested in hearing Sophie Gee talk more about novels, she has a talk during the Sydney Writers’ Festival on May 23rd from 3 to 4pm at Carriageworks, Bay 24.
