Sticking to a diet and exercise routine is a huge struggle that many people can relate to and with 2 in 3 people in Australia being classified as overweight or obese what can we do to overcome this growing issue? People are working longer days and often fatigue is overcoming our will to exercise. We spoke with health scientist Dr. Andrew Lavender from Curtin University about how to take steps to a healthier lifestyle and overcome barriers facing weight loss.
