Stopping our food waste going to landfill

Remember when you were a kid and your parents would say don’t waste your dinner?
Each year, Australians waste up to $10 billion worth of food with the global number reaching into the trillions.
A large percentage of our food waste is currently going to landfill, so we look at some alternatives for re-purposing food or how we can break it down in our own homes.
