The day includes talks, activities and performances, featuring edible bugs, explosions, inflatable bin chickens, an epic illustrator battle and a pesky pigeon who is determined to drive Russ the Story Bus.

It also boasts a terrific line-up of children’s and young adult authors, including Nazeem Hussain (Hy-larious Hyena), Katrina Nannestad (Waiting For the Storks), Jane Godwin (A Walk in the Dark), James Foley (Stellarphant), Lynette Noni (The Blood Traitor: The Prison Healer Book 3) & Andrew Daddo (Grandma’s Guide to Happiness).
