Student discovery of new insects through Citizen Science

Students across Australia are making significant history – not in the lab, but in their own backyards.
Insect Investigators is a citizen science initiative, where young Australians are helping to discover new insect species, including a newly identified wasp.
This hands-on involvement is not only contributing to biodiversity research but also changing the way science is taught and experienced.
