Study Blames Youtube for the Rise in Flat-Earthers

A research project at Texas Tech University has revealed that YouTube conspiracy theory videos could be to blame for growing numbers of flat-earthers. Researchers attended flat-earth conferences in North Carolina and Colorado found and interviewed attendees. They found that almost all of them had been convinced that the earth is flat by videos on YouTube

The Daily spoke to Alex Olshansky, PhD student and Instructor in Media and Communication at Texas Tech University about this interesting phenomenon.
