Study Shows Desalination Has No Effect On Marine Life
In the debate of whether or not to use desalination plants in Australia, one concern has been how such plants could damage nearby marine life.
But a new study out of the University of New South Wales, and commissioned by Sydney Water, has shown that the Sydney Desalination Plant has had minimal impact on the marine ecosystems off the NSW coast.
