SWAP Exhibition
The Sustainable Waste 2 Art Prize, or SWAP for short, will be opening tonight at the See Street Gallery in Meadowbank. SWAP gives local artists and community members the chance to express their creativity by re imagining waste and recovered materials.
The 2019 SWAP exhibition will showcase 78 shortlisted finalists and hand out $4,500 in prize money. Breakfast host Tess Connery spoke to The City of Ryde’s Mayor, Mr Jerome Laxale about tonight’s opening.

The exhibition is open until until Thursday 3 October 2019. Gallery hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am – 4 pm.
