Swimmers strip off for a good cause
Yesterday over a thousand of naked swimmers took a dip at Cobblers Beach at Sydney Harbour National Park for a good cause.
People of all ages stripped off for the fourth annual Sydney Skinny ocean swim.
For some of the swimmers, the event was all about pushing the boundaries of their comfort zone, destroying negative body image, others wanted to meet other like-minded people whilst raising money for charity.
Nigel Marsh, the founder of Sydney Skinny joined producer Sam Baran to tell us more about the Sydney Skinny.
