Sydney Contemporary will return to Carriageworks from September 5th to 8th, 2024, showcasing the work of over 500 artists from more than 85 leading galleries in Australia, New Zealand, and worldwide! The event will feature gallery presentations, large-scale art installations, live performances, and panel discussions with prominent speakers in the arts, architecture, design, food, fashion, and music.

Within the event, people can explore the array of Gallery Sectors, including the ‘Paper’ sector, which promotes prints as a form of collectible and accessible art; the ‘Main’ sector, where leading global galleries showcase curated solo or group exhibitions of new works by established artists; and the ‘Future’ sector, being a vibrant platform for young galleries (in operation for five years or less) to showcase curated solo or duo artist exhibitions of new work.
