Sydney drivers are opting to avoid toll roads in favor of free routes as a way to save money amid rising living expenses and toll fees. The NRMA reports that the increasing costs of tolls, along with the overall cost of living and fuel prices, are creating financial strain for motorists.

But other motorists believe the toll routes are very valuable with many saying its very fast getting from A to B.
