Top local crime author Dinuka McKenzie has just released her latest installment in the Detective Kate Miles series, Tipping Point!

Set in Northern NSW, the novel takes inspiration from uniquely Australian landscapes and the all too familiar challenge of balancing work and family life.

She is bringing her insight into the crime genre to the Sydney Writers Festival later this week in several events:

• In conversation with Benjamin Stevenson on Wednesday 22nd May
• Local Aussie crime authors on Thursday 23rd May
• Discussing her latest thriller on Friday 24th May
