Systemic Sexual Harassment in the AFP still an issue

A report was released last week which revealed how widespread sexual harassment was in the Australian Federal Police force. The harassment was described as systemic, which indicates that a huge cultural reform is required in order to address the issue. But what does it mean to have a systemic issue, and why is sexual harassment still one of these problems? Paula McDonald, a Professor of Work and Organisation, from Queensland University of Technology spoke to The Daily about the how Cultural Reform can be achieved in a workplace.
