Domestic violence has been pushed into the spotlight in Australia thanks to the efforts of tireless campaigners. But domestic violence is not unique to us. Our closest neighbour Papua New Guinea also faces a domestic violence crisis with estimates of up to 70% of women experiencing physical or sexual assault in their lifetime.

Jamie chats to Denga Ilave from Femili PNG about the challenges they face and the role of women in PNG society.
