Taekwondo classes are helping children with disabilities break down boundaries

Can teaching martial arts to children with disabilities improve their behaviour and focus in the classroom? A studio in Canberra has found that teaching kids Taekwondo can lead to better concentration, help curb aggression at school and lead to stronger resilience. Nicola Harrod from No Limits Taekwon-Do joined us this morning to talk about the studio and the benefits of these classes.
