Taylor Swift ‘Fanposium’

Taylor Swift is a cultural icon; adored by millions, everything she touches turns to gold!

She is the first Artist to win the Grammy for Album of the Year four times, the most streamed artist of 2023, the reason for previously untapped audiences to start caring about American football, and, as your more extremely online friends may inform you, the face of modern satanism.

Ahead of her Eras Tour, beginning in Australia on February 16th, a number of fan events are being held, including RMIT University’s free event, the Taylor Swift ‘Fanposium’; a chance to hear from leading music and cultural experts on the Taylor Swift Phenomenon and watch the first public screening of her documentary “Miss Americana”.

Professor Lisa Given, Director of the Social Change Enabling Impact Platform, Professor of Information Sciences at RMIT University, and co-organiser of the Taylor Swift ‘Fanposium’ joined Danny Chifley on 2SER Breakfast to discuss the ‘Fanposium’ and the cultural icon that is Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift ‘Fanposium’, on at the Capitol Theatre, Melbourne, this Sunday, the 11th of February.
Tickets to the event are sold out. Join the wait list here
