Film: Tenet. Action / romp with a bit of espionage / thriller thrown in! Looks and sounds great with some big, big scenes. Christopher Nolan directs a great ride!

Music: Jason Molina – new posthumous album – 8 Gates. Soaring emotion from the everyday and a great reminder of the talent this man put forth. Recorded prior to his tragic death in 2013, 8 Gates is a journey, an emotional and touching one – deeply moving country folk rock at its best.

TV: War of The Worlds – SBS On-Demand. 8 part series with more to come. HG Wells’ adaptation – set in modern day France / England – and a deadly transmission hits. Hunker down for your lives people – excitement, trepidation, tension abounds in this tale of dystopian survival.

TV: Jeffrey Epstein – Filthy Rich – Netflix. Doco exploring the deprived and perverted life of Jeffrey Epstein, his cohorts and quite possibly some of the most powerful people on this planet.
