We had an amazing time at our second In Your ‘Hood event at Pioneers Memorial Park in Leichhardt. The events have been made possible thanks to the Inner West Council’s Live Music Activations program and we were joined on the day by Mayor D’Arcy Byrne and Cr Philippa Scott who offered some back story to this brilliant program.

It was fantastic to see and hear from so many 2SER listeners who had travelled from all parts of Sydney to check out the event, and the fantastic lineup of bands – Cinta, The Aerial Maps, Gailla, Library Siesta and Threatnique who all played exceptional sets in the hot afternoon sun!

2SER has been playing, platforming and promoting local music since 1979, and we’re extremely grateful to our partners like Inner West Council and sponsors Suspension Coffee and Heaps Normal who all chipped in to let us provide this event for our listeners for free!
