The 2025 Justin Cosby Scholarship
The Justin Cosby Scholarship is an annual Arts & Entertainment Management scholarship honouring the legacy of a unique force in the music industry.
Justin Cosby was the A&R Director of Inertia Music, one of Australia’s leading independent music companies, when he passed away in 2021 at the age of 50. Justin lived and breathed music, and the scholarship looks to help develop a new generation of Australian music business talent.
The scholarship, in partnership with AIM (The Australian Institute of Music), will offer an educational grounding in arts & entertainment management providing students with a huge springboard into the industry Justin loved.
A raffle is now open to further support Justin’s Scholarship, with amazing music prizes, including a massive LP package, concert tickets, Nick Cave’s ‘Wild God’ album signed by the man himself, and 4AD music posters from Justin’s treasured collection.
Ashley Sellers, who co-founded Inertia Music with Justin, joined 2SER Breakfast to further discuss the scholarship and Justin’s legacy.
