The Australian Ballet Inspires Ntaria School Students

Ntaria is an Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory with a small population of 625. Known in relation to Albert Namatjira who captured its white gum trees and rich red dust, it is positioned far away from the nearest ballet school. That was until The Australian Ballet School visited last week, bringing with them classical ballet workshops and a pop-up performance of Coppelia. The Head of Education at The Australian Ballet, Katy McKeown joined us on The Daily to discuss their trip.
