The changing face of the university campus
Over the last decade there has been substantial change to the way in which university students access education. This has been driven by a range of social phenomena, from a cohort of time-poor students juggling study with other social obligations to developments in online learning.
This has led to concerns about an increase in social isolation arising out of the reduction in physical contact between students.
Stephen Hill asked Dr. Samantha Hall of Campus Intuition and Dr. Joseph Crawford of the University of Tasmania what have been the big changes on university campuses over the last decade and what has been the impact on students.
