A full-time job can often be synonymous with busy schedules, demanding workloads, and a loss of time, but what many people fail to acknowledge is that these compounding feelings of pressure can instead work your mind into the ground – signing a contract shouldn’t mean signing your mental wellbeing away. The discussion surrounding workplace mental health is on the rise and it is being shown time and time again that a positive mindset is linked with a successful and productive work environment.
