The Man in the Attic – Showing For the First Time in Sydney
A Jewish man is hidden by a German couple during the Holocaust, but when the war ends, he is led to believe that war has been won – by Nazi Germany. This is the story of The Man in the Attic, a play written by the multi award-winning Timothy Daly and inspired by true events. After winning the prestigious Patrick White Playwrights Award back in 2008, it is currently showing for the first time in Australia at Eternity Playhouse in Darlinghurst. Director Moira Blumenthal joined host Sean Britten on The Daily to talk about the play.
The Man in the Attic is currently showing at Eternity Playhouse in Darlinghurst until July 22nd. To buy tickets visit: https://www.shalom.edu.au/event/mia/
