The Memory of Water plays at Ensemble Theatre

Three sisters who share a common past. Where does reality end and family mythology begin? Why has a sibling war broken out in their mother’s bedroom? Why are past recollections still so with us?

Shelagh Stephenson’s Olivier Award winning comedy The Memory of Water will play at Ensemble Theatre from 20th October – 25th November under the directorial eye of Rachel Chant. It’s a poignant and painfully funny comedy about conflicting memories, life and loss. Playing one of the sisters, Madeleine Jones joined Danny on the breakfast show to talk about the show and her childhood memory – if she remembered it correctly.
