Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison has secured a “miracle” election win. The result shocked Australians, defying months of opinion polls consistently showing Labor ahead.
The coalition is edging closer to the 76 seats it needs to have a majority in the Australian parliament, currently standing at 74 after counting on Saturday night.
