On Tuesday 12th December The Tuesday Daily ceased to exist and The Mayor Show took it’s place. Covering all things mayors, the show will live on in history as the only time in Australian radio history that 3 hours of air time were dedicated purely to mayors (and also weather and traffic updates).

Philippa Veitch may not have grown up in Randwick but she probably knows it better than most people! The mayor has lived in the area for more than 20 years and has an endless list of places around the LGA she recommends you visit. Lachlan spoke to Philippa for The Mayor Show and was thrilled to hear that he in fact did not have to carefully refer to her as “your mayor-jesty” for the entire interview. Instead, they spoke about all the places she gets invited to visit, her artistic background, and whether or not she thinks Randwick should expand to include the rest of Sydney (she does not).
