It’s time to get serious about fun. Fun comes easy when we’re young but as we age, it can fall off the agenda leading to a range of mental health issues including burn out.
Psychologist and author Dr Mike Rucker’s latest book The Fun Habit is a deep dive into the importance and benefits of incorporating fun into life. Dr Rucker redirected his career from researching happiness to fun, after the detrimental effects of toxic positivity started to become evident. Willy Russo spoke with Dr Rucker for 2ser Breakfast.
