The United Nations has released that at least 42 countries will need humanitarian assistance in 2019 with Yemen at the top of the list. They have also declared that most of the humanitarian crisis of 2018 will continue on in 2019. Emergency Relief Coordinator Mark Lowcock claims that these humanitarian crisis’ includes poverty, climate change, shortage of food and the failure of developing programs to address the real issues of these countries.
