For the last time this year the Weekly Feed’s own Callan Boys dropped by the studio to dish out all the latest local and international culinary trends. The inevitable union of Kombucha and Coffee (Komboffee), beer flavored soda water and Instagram approved restaurants are just some of the international trends destined to color the  Sydney dining scene in 2019. It’s a brave new culinary world and Callan will be back next year to do it all again.
