The Margaret River Pro surfing competition was cancelled after a couple of shark attacks near Gracetown. Barbara Bush passed away aged 92. And it’s been revealed that NSW Transport bosses were warned that rolling out Sydney’s new train timetable earlier in the year could be met with serious delays, but they went ahead with it anyway.
