Therapeutic Benefits Art in Times of Crisis

With many Australians living out their days within the confines and safety of their own homes, it can be hard to find something to smile about. And whilst many of us are keeping our physical body safe from illness by participating in self isolation, it is now more important than ever to look after not just your physical body but your mind and mental health.
