Thursday Drive – Stellar Sea Interview

Stellar Sea, are a post-punk eco-queer band hailing from Arrernte country in the central desert of Northern Territory, who  are responding creatively to the planetary crisis whilst championing powerful female and queer voices through their dark, new-wave sound inspired by bands like The Cure and Savages.

Thursday Drive host Beth Tracey caught up with band members Jez, Anders, Rosie, Peachy and LJ ahead of their shows in Woy Woy, Newcastle and their Marrickville show this Saturday as well as the release of their debut album, Let’s Grow Fins, which drops in May 2023.
