Training the health workforce of the future
Are we training our workforce to deliver the healthcare we want and need? That’s one of the biggest questions looking to be answered in the latest review currently underway by the COAG Council of Australia.
One of the major areas of focus for this review is the accreditation of medical practitioners across the country.
Mike Woods is an independent reviewer for the COAG review and says to start addressing how we can improve the future of training and accreditation of healthcare workers, we need to look at where we are falling short.
